Approval of Feb 7, 2023 minutes

Check-in about Git workshop planning status

• Cory worked on it. May need one more person helper/instructor. Next Monday may have more details of schedule/content. Surveys are up. Location is decided. Cory will send out duty sheet. Dellana will talk to lab member about who will cover which sessions.

Discuss next steps for 2 other future workshops in Spring 2023 semester

*Genomics Genomics March 23 24. Location UFII booked. Ida will be the main instructor. Should call for other instructors on Monday. Website needs to be ready before sending out the information to the public. Cory will send emails. *Python Dellana and Cory co-host. Reserve the week of June 26. We apply for Monday or Tuesday. Ali and Audrey potential co-host. Continue to discuss on the next time.

• Audrey working on it. Will send out emails to board members Wednesday (Feb 22).

Check-in about budget update and review

• Already did it last time. Budget balance was about 3050.

• Get at least one T-shirt for the instructor at Git workshop.
